About The Team

An experienced team, Barkers Bespoke formalises an association, which goes back more than 20 years. The Barker brothers, Jim and Simon, best known perhaps for the 'Nose' wine bars in Didsbury, Chorlton and Wilmslow; Barry Lavin of 'Ganders' in Altrincham, Bramhalll and the City centre, and finally Rosemary Watts, the doyenne of outside caterers, famous for her RW Bespoke brand throughout the North West. A team brought together by their common interest and an enthusiasm for quality food and fine dining, which has been the inspiration for all their catering ventures over the last two decades.
